Downtown is the main camping area at this year's Recycled Rainbow. Theme camps located in downtown can have electricity and water provided but are required to follow the rules of conduct in the downtown area.

The Invisible City is an open clearing approximately 100 yards away from downtown separated by woods. There is no water or electricity in the invisible city and many of the rules of conduct that apply to downtown do not apply there.
