What Is A Theme Camp?
Theme camps are a collection of like minded individuals devoted to a concept and offer an interactive experience to its visitors. Theme camps can offer a wider range of ambiance and activity.
You are encouraged to register your theme camp prior to the event, to ensure you get a location and the space you require. Registering your camp will also allow Recycled Rainbow to include your camp in the online theme camp guide.
Theme camps are required to follow the same guidelines as everyone else, they are required to pack out everything they pack in and are responsible for any structures they build.
A few new things for this year:
Theme Camp Registrations are CLOSED!
Questions? email artdept [at] recycledrainbow [dot] org (but first … read our post: Why We Have Registration Forms)

So come by for free drinks and cheese. Berets prefered! And RR’s first Art Car, the Comfy Coffee Cart will be blazing (at 5mph) across the cosmos at night glowing red like the angry planet Mars itself! Delivering Coffee randomly! Wait! Ms. Potato Heads
The beauty and chaos of the cosmos have provided us earth-dwellers with an almost perfect food. The Potato. Potatoes are like snowflakes… each one unique and particular. Potatoes are common. Potatoes are delicious. You can bake them, fry them, shoot them from cannons, play games with them, and even power a small radio with them. Potatoes are fabulous. Come to Ms. Potato Heads’ camp and marvel at the wondrous potato in all it’s delicious glory.
In keeping with our tradition of providing food for burners, we have decided to have a potato theme camp this year. We will provide baked potatoes with all the fixins (butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon, chives etc) continuously throughout the event. We will also be hosting potato based arts and crafts and possibly some potato themed music, costuming, events and/or signage.

Moving Planet
This is a place where people can come and bring blankets and tarps so that they can sit in an area and meditate, pray, sing, read poems, and talk about the environment. Refer to moving-planet.org–this group is having a global day of action Sept. 24 oriented around reducing CO2 emissions.
On Sept. 24 I explicitly invite people to come bring a blanket and join us and do all of the above mentioned activities for a couple hours in the afternoon (1-3ish?)

There is a dream within schemes. There is a scheme within dreams.

The Beat & Eat
Come join Frog and EponaBast for some Good Eating and some Good Beating!
EponaBast will be making large batches of veggie-chili for all to share on Saturday evening (maybe Friday too), and will be serving pancakes on Sunday morning.
Snacks will be offered at random intervals.
Frog will be providing physical beatings for those who are interested.
Our friend DJ TechnoViking may be joining us this year. If we’re lucky, he’ll be bringing some home-spun audio beats for anyone interested in a non-physical beating.
